Statutory NOC
To get a premise drastically modified, like changing partitions' or ceilings' layout, shifting the fire safety system, relocating plumbing or electrical outlets, and so on, you will require approvals from various government instances - Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defense, and some others.
